A storytelling performance about the biggest peacock of ancient Greece, the amoral, unscrupulous and mercilessly charming anti-hero Alcibiades.

Backdropped by the Peloponnesian War ( 431 – 404 BC ) between the city states of
Sparta and Athens, our story circles around the turbulent life of Athenian general and playboy extraordinaire Alcibiades. Adored and reviled by his fellow Athenians, in our tale he is contrasted by characters like Nicias the unwilling and Socrates the wise.

Ready yourself for a full hour of reckless battle, fast horses and silvered tongues. The fight for democracy ( and glam ) is on!

Script:
Torgrim Mellum Stene, based on
“The History of the Peloponnesian War” by Thucydides
The Dialogues of Plato (Alcibiades I & II)
